Sister is doing well and thanking the baby jesus for modern medicine, my brother in law reports that the baby is the most gorgeous thing he’s ever seen, and my mom is as giddy as a school girl.
*Please note that I had no influence whatsoever on that name. Um, hello? Where’s the Ming?
Holy frack that was fast. Congrats!
That WAS fast! Congratulations and welcome little Jordin!
Auntie Ming. Congrats to the whole family.
Congrats Aunt Ming and Sister Ming!
I wonder if one day She’ll search for her name on the internet and find this. Hi Future Jordin!
Congratulations on your aunthood.
VERY IMPORTANT: Have you decided on pronunciation (Awnt or Ant)?
My niece hasn’t decided what to call me. She goes back and forth between Unkuh Andy and Amoo, which is the Persian name for a paternal uncle.
My niece’s mom is Mexican-American, so occasionally my neice calls me Tio as well.
docjohn – I certainly hope so. Proof that I wasn’t involved!
Andy – I’m definitely an “ant”. Aunt rhymes with gaunt, and that’s just weird to me. Also, I’m an “Eye-ee” (Mandarin for maternal aunt).
Um, they misspelled Jordan. π
Ya think?
Congrats lady! So happy for you and your sis although I haven’t met her so I have no real affiliation to her other than the fact that she’s your sister which is basically enough for me as you can tell.
Run on sentences rule!
Congrats Auntie Lori!
Congrats!
Wow…congrats!! π
Congrats! Reading posts like this make me so happy, even though I have no clue who you are your sister are! Hehe. Congratulations again!
Outside of the spelling, it’s a great name! π Congrats, Auntie!
