Loss

I just wrote a lengthy, detailed post about where I was when I first heard of the planes crashing into the WTC, but then Typepad had a hiccup and my draft was lost.

I guess it’s appropriate, though, because no matter what I wrote or how it felt, it could never compare to the sorrow and loss of thousands whose lives were personally touched by this tragic event, nor the loss of freedom we now endure as a result.
