This is a classic indication of Tornado Weather. We used to get the Yellow Sky (aka Scary Sky, Gross Sky, Death Sky, Doom Sky) in the Midwest all the time. On the radio that morning, we were even warned about the possibility of tornadoes.
Yellow, I guess, is the interstitial hue between Kansas and Oz.
TOTALLY! It cast an eerie glow over our entire house. The cats were acting all David Lynch, too.
Yep! Saw it right after I dropped off Hakeber at work. Although if the sky was bright green…I would have been more scare I think.
My GMail status message for about 20 minutes this morning was, “The sky is yellow.”

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I noticed it through the window in our shower. It looked like it was reflecting a large fire.
I started watching an Inconvenient Truth last night but fell asleep in the middle. The sky was Al Gore’s revenge.
this!.
I am so glad I read this because the longer I stared at the sky the less orange it looked at the crazier I felt.
